Who we are
Sylvie Royce is an online boutique based in Australia. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@sylvieroyce.com.au.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number and what you bought. Payment details are entered on Shopify’s secure checkout and are not seen or stored by us.
When you join our list: your email address and the time you agreed to hear from us.
When you write to us: your name, email and the contents of your message.
When you browse: with your permission, how pages are used (analytics) and, if you allow it, advertising measurement. Essential cookies keep your bag working and need no permission.
Why we use it
To fulfil and deliver your order, answer your questions and handle returns.
To send you news, maker stories and offers, only if you have asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, as the Spam Act requires.
To understand how the shop is used and improve it.
To meet our legal obligations, including tax and consumer law.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout. Our shipping partners, to deliver your order. Klaviyo, which sends our emails. Our inventory and accounting systems, to run the business.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia. We choose providers that commit to protecting it.
We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and measurement
Essential cookies remember your bag and keep checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you choose “Allow all” in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Keeping it safe, and for how long
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law require. List subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@sylvieroyce.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
