Terms of sale

Sylvie Royce, Australia. These terms apply to every order placed on this site.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Shopify’s secure checkout. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email; if we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it in full.

Orders are packed by hand in Australia and sent with Australian carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

For a change of mind, write to us within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused and in their original condition.

Gift orders leave prices off the packing slip. Refunds for a gift go back to the person who paid.

Pieces for babies and children are sold with the age guidance the maker provides. Please follow it. If we learn of a safety recall we will contact buyers of that piece.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
